The buying process is outlined as follows:

2. Find the right property that suits you.
3. Place an offer subject to contract.
4. When the offer is accepted, we will arrange both signing and confirmation of your mortgage paper work.
5. The property Survey is carried out in accordance to your choice of survey. This could any of the following:
   1. Mortgage Valuation.
   2. Home Buyers report.
   3. Structural Survey.
6. Upon completion, (sit back, relax and put your feet up).
